The Clue Series

This series began when I painted Rembrandt's Maria Bockenolle for my bird series and incorporated a peacock. She reminded me of Mrs. Peacock from the game of Clue, so I added the pistol! Of course, I just had to paint all the other characters. Each one is based on a famous classical painting. So much fun!
